介绍了基于多次处理离心通风机故障的实际经验,通过详细分析、现场检测与诊断,确认了基础支承刚度不足是导致离心通风机在高负荷运行时振动增大的主要原因。针对此问题提出了加固基础的解决方案,且通过实践验证了其有效性。同时深入探讨了叶轮不平衡、磨损与结垢,烟风道系统振动,滚动轴承与联轴器异常,转子临界转速等多种振动原因,并给出了相应的处理对策。此外还结合具体的数据支撑和故障损失费用分析,为设备的安全运行、状态维修及经济效益提升提供了有力保障。
Abstract:This article introduces practical experience based on multiple handling of centrifugal fan failures. Through detailed analysis, field detection, and diagnosis, it is confirmed that the lack of foundation support stiffness is the main cause of increased vibration of centrifugal fans under high load operation. A solution for reinforcing the foundation has been proposed to address this issue, and its effectiveness has been verified through practice. At the same time, various vibration causes such as impeller imbalance, wear and scaling, vibration of flue duct system, abnormal rolling bearings and couplings, and critical rotor speed were deeply explored, and corresponding countermeasures were proposed. In addition, combined with specific data support and analysis of fault loss costs, it provides a strong basis for the safe operation, condition maintenance, and economic benefits improvement of equipment.
