爆炸焊接工艺制备的C276/Q345R复合板需要进行焊接才能满足不同的用途需求,因此本文对不同形式焊接进行研究与性能分析。通过对C276板拼焊、复合板补焊和对焊测试,研究了不同的焊接工艺参数和焊丝对焊接效果的影响。结果表明:焊接时采用较大的坡口角度和适宜的外观形式及焊接工艺,可以实现C276板材良好拼焊、C276/Q345R复合板未复合区补焊及对接焊,焊后板材外观质量和性能良好。
Abstract:In order to meet different purpose and demand, the welding processes were carried out for the explosive welding C276/Q345R clad plates, and the different type welding processes were studied and the property test results were analyzed. After testing tailor welding C276 sheets and repair welding as well as butt welding C276/Q345R composite plates, the influences of different welding technological parameters and welding wires on the welding effects were studied. The results show: using the bigger groove angle and appropriate appearance as well as welding technology, the good welding effects with well appearances and properties are achieved for the tailor welding C276 sheets, repair welding and butt welding C276/Q345R composite plates.
